Our Story
1943The Beginning
Walter Antonini founds the company in La Spezia. Initially focused on repairing metal structures damaged during World War II, the workshop becomes a cornerstone of post-war reconstruction in the Ligurian coast.
1950Industrial Expansion
The company evolves beyond repair work, establishing itself as a key player in industrial construction — building large oil facilities and metal infrastructure across Italy.
1958Pivoting to Naval
Walter Antonini makes a bold strategic decision: redirecting the company's expertise toward the naval sector, leveraging decades of metalworking knowledge for ship construction.
1970Gruppo Antonini
Multiple specialized companies form under the Gruppo Antonini umbrella, creating an integrated industrial ecosystem in La Spezia's maritime district.
1990Luxury Yacht Market
The group enters the luxury yacht market, combining industrial-grade precision with artisan craftsmanship to create custom vessels for discerning owners worldwide.
2005Antonini Navi Brand
Antonini Navi is formally established as the group's dedicated superyacht division, with a focus on explorer yachts and custom builds between 27 and 55 meters.
